Thanks to all employees for another fantastic result!

The 2024 Great Place To Work employee survey has been completed and the results are back. For the eighth year in a row, we have exceeded our goals and once again achieved over 90% employee satisfaction.

What a great read! What a great result! What a great TEAM we are!

It’s almost time for Britt to retire!

At the end of February 2025, our Britt Carlsén will be taking a well-deserved retirement. After just over 18 years as an employee at Steelform, Britt will leave us for more free time and more time to take care of herself, her loved ones. By the way, it was Britt’s father Berthold who once started the company Steelform together with his son Torbjörn. At that time, we were called Precisionsbeslag i Småland AB – maybe you didn’t know that? Did you also know that Britt is one of Sweden’s largest LEGO collectors?

We would like to thank Britt for her great effort and meticulous work over the years and wish her all the happiness and the best in life and in the future!

Jani has previously worked as a Production Technician, Quality Technician and Quality Manager in industries including welding, bending and surface treatment. Jani lives with his family in Växjö. By the way, did you know that Jani started at young age as a logger in northern Finland?

We welcome Jani and wish him all the very best in the Team and his new role at Steelform.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that Monica Henriksson, Quality Manager is retiring and leaving us and our Team in Lammhult.

Monica has been a part of our Team and Management since March 2018 and has been responsible for our Quality and Environment. She will now take on and care for her grandchildren in England and Sweden, enjoying her family and what the nature and surroundings brings. Monica has decided that 2024-05-31 is her last day of employment. Sadly, we have to let Monica leave and wishes her our very best of life in the future.
